Naples – This is taking shape in Ponticelli , on the eastern outskirts of Naples , where the PNC's "Safe, Green, and Social" project is redesigning the complex of District 10 on Via Scarpetta. This regeneration project aims to transform six buildings and 312 apartments into a model of livability and sustainability.
The Construction Site and the Challenge. Leading the challenge is Piloda Building, a specialized division of the Piloda Group, which is now well underway with its work: the project, which involves building P4, is 50% complete. The stated goal is not just the restoration of the buildings, but a comprehensive regeneration that improves living standards, energy efficiency, and seismic safety, while also impacting the neighborhood's social fabric.

The installation of photovoltaic systems for self-consumption completes the package, making the buildings more energy independent. Even the irrigation of the greenery will be managed by a programmable and eco-sustainable system.
Safety and Innovation. Structural interventions are essential in an area at risk of earthquakes. The reinforced concrete structures are strengthened with innovative consolidation techniques, ensuring high safety standards for the hundreds of families who live in the complex.
A "Smart" Construction Site to Minimize Disruption. With 70 workers engaged, the construction site is progressing by combining construction tradition and innovation. The use of cutting-edge machinery allows for maximum efficiency, while minimizing the impact on residents' daily lives.
