Wine meets history in the heart of Piedigrotta. On Saturday, September 20th, from 18:24 PM to midnight, the Virgil and Leopardi Tombs Park will host a new installment of Wine Spot , the format created by Drop Eventi and VitignoItalia that transforms art and culture venues into sensory experiences. Following the success of Villa Campolieto, this time the event will take place amid poetic memories and evocative atmospheres.
The initiative, the organizers explain, stems from a desire to rediscover often overlooked city treasures: an opportunity to toast with prestigious wines, but also to immerse yourself in the memory of Naples through guided tours of the monumental site that houses the tomb of the poet Virgil.
The evening will offer a free tasting of wines selected by VitignoItalia, featuring three leading national wineries: the Sannio Consorzio Tutela Vini, the Orcia Wine Consortium , and the Friuli DOC Consortium. The first 150 guests, by reservation, will be able to take part in exclusive tours of the park, organized in three sessions (18:15 PM, 18:45 PM, and 19:15 PM).
