It's an ordinary afternoon in Fuorigrotta, a working-class neighborhood in Naples, when Carabinieri officers from the Bagnoli company raid a betting shop on Via Diocleziano. Amid the flashing lights and the music of the slot machines, a young man frantically presses the buttons at his station. Everything would seem normal, were it not for the fact that the gambler has just turned sixteen.
At the sight of the soldiers, the young man freezes.

The article talks about a young man playing slot machines, which is a worrying situation. Carabinieri checks are important, but I wonder if there are other ways to help young people other than fining the establishments.
