A demand for money, a threat to shut down a construction site, and the name of a clan used as intimidation. These are the findings of an investigation by the Naples District Anti-Mafia Directorate, which led to the arrest of a man from Marcianise, charged with extortion and domestic violence aggravated by mafia methods.
According to the investigators' reconstruction, the suspect - together with an accomplice who is still wanted - would have targeted the owner of a construction company involved in the building of some houses in the province of Caserta.

This article is very interesting, but there are some things that aren't clear. How is this clan allowed to operate freely? The authorities should act more quickly to stop these illegal activities that are ruining the community.
