Mondragone. – The Carabinieri of the Mondragone Territorial Unit launched an operation at dawn, coordinated between Campania and Tuscany, which resulted in the execution of precautionary measures against four people.
The order, issued by the preliminary investigations judge of the Court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office, comes at the end of an investigation aimed at shedding light on a "stesa" that took place on the night of March 19 in Falciano del Massico.
According to investigators' reconstruction, five gunshots were fired from a moving car in the center of town. A dramatic gesture, typical of organized crime intimidation, immediately raised alarm among residents. No one was injured, but the scene raised fears of the worst and paved the way for a thorough investigation.
The investigation began immediately, thanks to the combined efforts of the military, who acquired and analyzed footage from public and private surveillance cameras, conducted ballistic tests, and reconstructed the movements of the suspicious vehicles.

The situation is complicated and difficult to manage, but everything possible must be done to stop this organized crime. Residents deserve to live without fear and in peace every day.
That's true, but I wonder if there will be other measures to prevent similar situations in the future, given that these actions are not uncommon in our area. More controls are needed for public safety.
The Carabinieri operation appears to have been well coordinated across the various regions. It's important that justice be served and that these violent events, which are disturbing the community, be clarified. We hope for results.
