At dawn, in via Augusto De Martino, in the heart of the San Carlo all'Arena district, two carabinieri from the station Capodimonte, off duty, caught a thief red-handed while he was trying to break into a parked car.
The man, identified as Emanuele Luciano, 52 years old, originally from Scampia and already known to the police, had just stolen a stereo from the vehicle, hiding it in his backpack.

The article describes an interesting event, but too many things remain unclear. Why were the Carabinieri off duty? Emanuele Luciano was arrested, but were there witnesses? These questions remain unanswered.
It's true, the article raises many unaddressed questions. I hope updates on this case are published, especially regarding the details of the arrest and Luciano's legal situation.
