The inspections, conducted by officers from the relevant Operational Unit, revealed a worrying situation: three of the four facilities visited exhibited significant irregularities.
In two cases, the officers found a complete lack of a Scia, the certified notification of commencement of activity required for the operation of micro-nurseries.
