Naples – She didn't hesitate to transform one of the most iconic and crowded spots in Naples' historic center into a drug market. Oblivious to the dozens of tourists and families with children crowding the cloister of Santa Chiara, Rosaria Criscuolo, a 43-year-old from Pallonetto di Santa Lucia, ran her open-air drug dealing business. A miscalculation, one that didn't take into account the prompt action of the Montecalvario Police Investigative Team.
The raid took place around 5:00 PM, right in the middle of the city's busy street scene. The cloister, a jewel of tranquility and history, was packed with people. The woman's presence, however, did not escape the expert eye of two motorcycle police officers, who immediately noticed her nervous and suspicious behavior.
A few moments later, the action took place: in front of everyone, Criscuolo took “something” out of her pocket and handed it to a young buyer who nonchalantly sat down next to her.
The "dive" and the vain escape
The "antiphon" is understood, as they say in jargon, and the "dive" has begun.

Seven doses of cocaine, ready for sale, were found in his pockets. After handing over the "stuff," Rosaria Criscuolo was arrested for possession with intent to sell.
To the investigators of the Police According to the State Department, the woman reportedly obtained supplies in the Porta Nolana area with the express intention of reselling the cocaine in the Santa Chiara neighborhood, taking advantage of the anonymity of the crowd. This criminal plan brings to light an already fraught past. Rosaria Criscuolo, in fact, had already been arrested in March 2017, along with an accomplice, on charges of robbery.
The technique, then, was subtle: they approached a 70-year-old man on Corso Vittorio Emanuele with the excuse of asking for information and a pen, to get him to open his wallet. When the man resisted, the two women didn't hesitate to grab him, managing to steal 50 euros in cash.
After the ritual formalities, the 43-year-old was taken to house arrest pending the summary hearing, scheduled for this morning.

The article is interesting, but there are many details missing. I don't understand how someone could deal so openly in a crowded place. It's strange, and the police seem to have intervened too late, in my opinion.
