Naples returns to the big screen with the first film by Peppe Iodice, one of the most beloved comedians and actors on the Neapolitan scene. Filming has officially begun on “My heart is beating”, a film inspired by his famous stage show I have seen MaradonaThe film, directed by Francesco Prisco, sees Iodice also on the screenplay together with Francesco Burzo e Marco Critelli, in a production Run Film in collaboration with the Troisi Theater, a symbolic place of the artistic journey of the Neapolitan comedian.
The cast includes well-known names from the Italian scene such as Francesco Procopio, Ivana lotito, Yari gugliucci, Gianni Ferreri, Francesco Mastandrea, Antonio Milo e Mary Bolignano.
