Change of course in the Court of Appeal for Giovanni Colombo, 58 years old, considered by investigators to be one of the bosses of MontesarchioThe man, already known to the judicial news for his involvement in the "Higado" trial on international drug trafficking between Spain, Italy, and Morocco, was acquitted of charges of illegal possession of weapons and driving with a revoked license.
The sentence, issued by the judges of the Court of Appeal of Naples, fully accepted the defense arguments of the lawyer Vittorio Fucci, overturning the conviction pronounced in the first instance by the Court of Benevento.

It's interesting that the Court of Appeal in Naples overturned Colombo's conviction, but many questions remain about the evidence that led to this acquittal. Justice must always be administered with care and scrupulousness.
