NAPLES – It wasn't the investigations or the tip-offs that betrayed him, but bad luck and the unmistakable smell of marijuana. A 29-year-old from Chiaiano, a bartender with no criminal record, was arrested by the Carabinieri of the company's operational unit Vomero on charges of possession of drugs for the purpose of dealing.
The young man, whose scooter had broken down on Via Leonardi Bianchi, attracted the attention of the soldiers who had stopped to provide assistance.
