Castellammare di Stabia – Juve Stabia is officially under judicial administration. This extremely serious measure, issued by the Naples Prosecutor's Office, uncovers an alarming scenario: the entire club, particularly key services and security sectors, was deemed "capital assets" and under the "mafia influence" of the D'Alessandro clan of Castellammare di Stabia.
The announcement was made at a press conference in Naples, attended by the National Anti-Mafia Prosecutor, Giovanni Melillo, and the Naples Prosecutor, Nicola Gratteri, who spoke of a "shadow of the Camorra" that operated amid the "deafening silence of other institutions."
The gravity of the infiltration: "An entire sector in the hands of the Camorra"
The investigation, conducted by Deputy Prosecutor Sergio Ferrigno and Prosecutor Giuseppe Cimmarotta, revealed a deep and widespread criminal presence. As Prosecutor Gratteri explained, "An entire sector of services related to Juve Stabia was in the hands of the Stabia Camorra. It's an entire sector—from tickets to stewards—that will need to be rethought."
This is the third case in Italy of a preventative measure (after Foggia and Crotone) involving a professional football club, a fact that, according to Melillo, reveals "phenomena more complex and multifaceted" than football alone.
The Prosecutor's Office highlighted how the club had become a "huge showcase" for the clan, which "also advertises itself with football teams," confirming that "mafia organizations are present wherever there is power and money."
Security, Tickets, and the Youth Sector: The Contaminated Areas
The details provided by the authorities paint a picture of a real system of internal illegality within the club:
Security and StewardingPolice Commissioner Maurizio Agricola revealed that a check in February 2025 led to the identification of a person linked to the Imparato clan among security personnel.

It emerged that the "stores altered the personal details of those banned to get them into the stadium" and that individuals linked to the Camorra were allowed into the stands.
Youth sectorThe most alarming aspect is the infiltration of the youth sector, "infiltrated by clans" to create a "flywheel of values" for "disvalue elements" and obtain "social consensus" starting from the education of minors.

Prefect Michele di Bari spoke of a "cleanup operation" necessary to assess the repercussions on the territory and specified that "the possibility of postponing some races" if necessary cannot be ruled out.
The primary objective, as the DNA emphasized, is the club's recovery process, through a legally-driven redesign of the ticketing and stewarding sector, aimed at breaking the link between crime and sport.
