The State Police continues its patrol of the Chiaiano neighborhood, where an extraordinary prevention and security operation was implemented yesterday.
The operation, coordinated by officers from the Chiaiano Police Station with the support of the Campania Crime Prevention Unit, involved several areas of the neighborhood, with the aim of combating widespread illegal activity and increasing residents' sense of security.
During the checks, the officers identified 135 people, 11 of whom were already known to the police, and checked 68 vehicles.

The Neapolitan Mobility Company (ANM) also joined the police force, issuing 178 fines for illegal parking in their areas, highlighting widespread driving indiscipline.
Not just roadside checks: the patrols also verified the whereabouts of 23 people subject to restrictive measures or alternatives to detention, ensuring compliance with the requirements imposed by the judicial authorities.
The intervention is part of a broader plan to intensify patrols in Naples's suburbs, aimed at ensuring public order, security, and combating the daily illegalities that impact the liveability of the area.
