It's deep night in the countryside of Agnano, on the border with Pozzuoli. Two young men are driving along a side road, Via Vicinale Abbandonata, a name that speaks volumes about the remoteness of the place. When the Carabinieri spot their headlights moving in the darkness and then quickly moving away from a house, they decide to follow them. The flashing lights come on and the car accelerates sharply: something isn't right.
The vehicle is stopped shortly after, near the entrance to the ring road Agnano.

The officers, however, suspect that the escape was not accidental. They return to the starting point, the house from which they had seen the car leave, and knock on the door of a 22-year-old with no criminal record. Inside the house, the suspicion becomes certainty: 109 grams of hashish, over 700 grams of marijuana, 8 grams of cocaine, and 340 euros in cash. But that's not all. Hidden throughout the rooms were also a pistol and a rifle without the red cap.
The young man is unable to explain the source of the drugs and weapons. He is arrested on charges of possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking and transferred to prison, where he awaits validation of his arrest. Meanwhile, the Carabinieri of the Bagnoli company continue to patrol the area, often used as a haven for illicit trafficking, far from the public eye.
