Naples - A 13-year-old boy, riding an unapproved mini motorbike, sped without a helmet through the narrow streets of the historic center, endangering his own safety and that of pedestrians and residents.
It's the blitz by the finance police of the Pronto Impiego Group of Naples, who in recent days stopped a mad rush near the Decumani.
The surprise check and the arrest
During a territorial control service in the historic centre area, the military Guardia di Finanza they noticed the vehicle – a mini motorbike with a 110cc internal combustion engine – travelling at high speed through the alleys.

The child's father was called to the scene and was charged with all responsibility. He was charged with child abandonment and held responsible for his son's numerous traffic violations: driving without a helmet, operating an unlicensed vehicle, and, most seriously, not having insurance coverage.
