The mother, alerted by the teachers after the incident, rushed to the institute and found her son in pain, unable to walk without difficulty.

Assisted by lawyers Angelo and Sergio Pisani, the woman filed a complaint with the competent police station, stating that the attack occurred after a series of serious insults and that the teachers present in the classroom were distracted by their phones at crucial moments.
"Such violence in schools cannot be tolerated," the lawyers stated. "We need stricter monitoring and effective enforcement of anti-bullying protocols to ensure the safety of minors."
The police have launched investigations to clarify the circumstances of the incident and verify any responsibility of school staff.
