Naples: Young drug dealer from Scampia sentenced to six months and immediately released from prison

The young drug dealer arrested by the police in Scampia was released from prison within hours after a six-month sentence in a fast-track trial.

This is Cristian Marigliano, 24 years old, surprised by the police in via Don Lorenzo Milani in Scampia while he repeatedly sold doses of marijuana to some buyers.

Following the intervention, the police carried out further checks in the entrance hall of a building in the area, finding another narcotic substance of the same type in a mailbox.

The young man, already known to law enforcement for specific previous convictions, was arrested for supplying and possessing narcotics and tried yesterday morning in a fast-track trial.

Defended by the lawyer Giuseppe Gallo, he was released from prison and immediately released without further action, with a six-month prison sentence.
