Naples – He took advantage of a moment of distraction, when two tourists were taking a selfie in Piazza Porta Capuana, to approach and snatch the phone from one of them. But the 34-year-old, with a criminal record, escaped quickly.
The man was arrested by officers of the Flying Squad on charges of improper robbery, resisting arrest, and assaulting a public official.
The alarm was raised by a State Police officer on duty at the Belluno Police Headquarters, who was off duty in Naples.
