Mario Cardillo, the 49-year-old from Secondigliano accused of international drug trafficking and arrested by the Carabinieri along with four other accomplices, was held in detention for just over 48 hours.
This morning, before preliminary investigations judge Linda Comella of the 14th section of the Naples Tribunal at the validation hearing, his lawyer, Tiziana Areniello, pointed out that Cardillo was incompatible with the prison regime due to health problems.
