The escape of the man who had terrorized the Vomero with two robberies in just a few hours. The State Police arrested a repeat offender believed responsible for a successful robbery and a second attempted robbery, both of which occurred on July 31st in the hilly neighborhood of Naples.
The arrest was made in execution of a precautionary custody order issued by the investigating judge of Napoli at the request of the Prosecutor's Office.

The victims' testimonies and details about the car allowed officers to cross-reference the information with investigative software, quickly identifying the suspect. Arrested a few hours after the events, he was immediately identified by the two victims and transferred to prison, where he awaits preliminary hearing.
