Salerno: Three drug arrests: Cannabis plantation discovered, narcotics seized

SALERNO – Three arrests in a few hours between Salerno and some municipalities in the province for crimes related to drugLaw enforcement officers carried out separate operations that led to significant seizures and the arrest of three people involved in drug dealing and cultivation.

In Cava de' Tirreni, police arrested a man found responsible for cultivating and possessing cannabis for the purpose of dealing.

Officers, who intervened to search a farmhouse, discovered a veritable marijuana plantation, ready for distribution. Elsewhere in the province, an off-duty officer stopped a dealer while he was selling drugs, while a third dealer was arrested with cocaine and crack cocaine.

Those arrested are now at the disposal of the judicial authorities, and investigations are continuing to determine any possible connections between the various criminal activities.
