San Cipriano d'Aversa: 43-year-old convicted of extortion ends up in prison.

San Cipriano d'Aversa – The legal case against a 43-year-old man from San Cipriano d'Aversa, the subject of a detention order issued by the Naples Public Prosecutor's Office – Criminal Enforcement Office, has ended with an arrest.

The Carabinieri of the local station executed the order this morning, taking the man to prison after years of legal proceedings.

The 43-year-old will serve a six-year and eight-month prison sentence for extortion, a crime committed between 2011 and 2012 in the areas of San Cipriano d'Aversa, Teverola, and Casaluce.

The sentence is now final, after all appeals were rejected.

After the usual formalities, the man was transferred to the Santa Maria Capua Vetere prison, where he will remain at the disposal of the judicial authorities.

This man's situation seems very complicated, but the fact is that if he committed a crime, he must pay for his actions. Justice must be served to maintain order in society.
