Campagna – Tensions were high and classes were suspended this morning at a comprehensive school in Campagna, in the Salerno area, after a student's father entered the school and verbally threatened teachers and staff. The man, whose identity has not been revealed, caused panic among students and faculty.
According to an initial reconstruction of events, the aggressive action was triggered by alleged bullying incidents his son had suffered at school. The exasperated parent decided to personally storm the school to confront those he believed were responsible or had failed to intervene sufficiently.
The incident, which occurred during school hours, immediately raised an alarm and led to the temporary suspension of classes to ensure safety and calm within the building.
The situation was brought back under control only thanks to the timely intervention of the Municipal policefrom Campagna, who arrived on the scene within minutes. The officers proceeded to:
