Caserta– State Police intervened twice in the Caserta area to address widespread lawlessness: a businessman from Casal di Principe landed in trouble for ignoring a prefectural suspension order, while a social club in Maddaloni was closed for serious health and safety violations and administrative violations.
In Casal di Principe, police officers shut down a car rental company that was operating despite the Caserta Prefecture's suspension order in August. The business owner, in fact, continued to rent vehicles undeterred.
Police investigations brought to light numerous rental agreements signed after the date of the interdiction order.

At the same time, in Maddaloni, the State Police fined and suspended a social club that had become a veritable hub of irregularities. Numerous violations were found, from illegal occupation of public land to the failure to meet minimum hygiene and sanitation requirements.
The most serious situation, however, concerned the serving of drinks: the club served alcohol to "non-members" and, above all, completely lacked the Certified Notification of Commencement of Activity (SCIA), the fundamental authorization document for the business.
The two separate interventions underscore the attention paid by law enforcement in the Caserta area to ensuring compliance with the law, both in terms of prefectural provisions and commercial and health regulations.

I agree with you; it's important for everyone to follow the laws to avoid problems. However, I think some people might be unaware of the rules and need to be better informed.
The article is interesting, but I've noticed that many business owners aren't following the rules. I hope the police continue to carry out checks to ensure legality and citizen safety, but more vigilance is needed.
