Casavatore - The July 30 Association is born. In a packed house on Via Salvator Rosa, President Tonia Mango, Vice President, former City Councilor Tommaso D'Auria, and Treasurer Salvatore Iavarone, the headquarters of the association, which will focus on social policies and the third sector, was officially inaugurated with the presentation of dedicated projects.
Also present were Mayor Fabrizio Celaj and Casoria Mayor Raffaele Bene, along with city councilors Marco Capparone, Maria Marino, Giuseppe Marco De Rosa, Vincenzo Marotta, and Domenico Fiore, Councilor Enza Esposito, Democratic Party Regent Domenico Panella, Prime Minister Alessandro Sorrentino, representatives of the Pro Loco, Rino Primitivo, and numerous representatives of trade associations.
The name 30 July comes from the date of Casavatore's autonomy from the municipality of Casoria which took place in 1946.
