Eboli – A crime in the degraded outskirts, amidst fields and solitude. A man, a Moroccan immigrant, was brutally stabbed to death in his home in Foce Sele, a hamlet of Eboli bordering the Capaccio area. A solitary death, discovered only when it was too late.
His lifeless body was found sprawled on the ground, in a horrifying scene of violence. All around him were the signs of a ferocious struggle: blood everywhere. According to initial reconstructions, the fatal blow was inflicted with a knife stuck in his chest.
The police immediately intervened at the scene of the crime Carabinieri of the Eboli Company.

But as the justice system begins to move, investigators are already chasing a ghost. The evidence, combined with initial testimonies, seems to point directly to a compatriot of the victim.
The preferred theory is retaliation within the immigrant community itself, perhaps a settling of scores that ended in tragedy. A manhunt is now underway to track down the alleged murderer, who has been on the run since the brutal crime.
