Among the most high-profile arrests was a couple in a van: a 44-year-old man and a 40-year-old woman, both with criminal records, were transporting stolen goods from a clothing store at Corso San Giovanni 747. Inside the vehicle were 50 jackets, 65 fur coats, three designer scarves, and a suit, which were promptly returned to their rightful owners. The two were charged with conspiracy to receive stolen goods, with officers acting quickly to disrupt the theft.
