Casapulla – A night of routine lawlessness ended with a complaint filed against an eighteen-year-old from Casagiove, who was targeted by Carabinieri from the San Prisco station during an anti-drug operation in the Caserta municipality.
The young man, caught while selling narcotics to a buyer, attempted a daring escape on a scooter registered to his mother, triggering a brief but frantic chase through the streets of Casapulla.
According to the Carabinieri's reconstruction, the young man had just delivered four doses of hashish—for a total weight of 3,7 grams—when he was spotted by Carabinieri patrolling the area. At the police's ordered stop, instead of stopping, he accelerated in an attempt to disappear into the night.
The escape, however, lasted only a few minutes. The Carabinieri, after a quick chase, managed to catch up and arrest him, preventing further road safety risks. Drugs intended for distribution were found and seized from the eighteen-year-old's possession.
The young man was reported at large to the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere on charges of drug dealing and resisting arrest. Investigations are continuing to determine the possible existence of a larger drug distribution network in the area.

The article talks about a young man who was caught by the Carabinieri while selling drugs. It's interesting how the situation can evolve, but it's also sad to see young people involved in these illegal activities. I hope there are more enforcement measures.
