Another incident of domestic violence in the Pianura neighborhood. A 37-year-old Neapolitan man with a criminal record was arrested by the State Police for domestic violence after threatening his sister during an argument. The incident occurred yesterday evening, when a report reached the Operations Room, alerting officers from the Office of General Prevention and Public Aid.
Arriving quickly at the scene, the officers found the man in the street, visibly agitated. During the search, he was discovered in possession of a switchblade. Further investigation revealed that, shortly before, he had threatened his sister, an incident which, according to reports, was not the first.
The man was arrested and taken to the police station. This new case brings attention to the scourge of domestic abuse, a deep wound that continues to fester within the confines of homes.

It's sad to see cases of domestic violence like this. People should feel safe in their own homes and not be afraid of their families. We hope there are more measures to prevent these incidents.
