Patrols immediately began tracking him, while the driver, attempting to disappear, engaged in reckless and dangerous maneuvers. The car ended on Via Lepanto, where officers managed to stop him after a struggle that required physical intervention to restrain him.
Once apprehended, the man was arrested on charges of resisting arrest and assaulting a public official. The incident confirms the intensification of local patrols and law enforcement's focus on behavior that could endanger citizens and businesses.
