Antonio Conte adds another trophy to his extraordinary career. The Napoli coach received the Manlio Scopigno Award as “Best Coach of Serie A 2024/2025”, delivered directly to the blue sports center by the president of the ASD Scopigno Cup, Fabrizio Formichetti, together with the godmother Souhaila Mia.
The official motivation leaves no room for doubt: "Not just a coach but also the architect of a Napoli capable of achieving the fourth Scudetto in its history." An award that celebrates not only sporting results but also Conte's ability to imprint his identity on the group, to build a winning team and to enter history as the first coach capable of winning the title with three different clubsJuventus, Inter and Napoli.
Two other important awards were conferred during the ceremony. Aurelio De Laurentiis He was named “President of the Year” for “his innovative vision and ability to combine passion, enterprise, and entertainment,” qualities that – the jury emphasized – “only a man of cinema could bring to the world of football.”
Also awarded Scott McTominay, called "the best player in Serie A" and "Napoli's true Scudetto man." The citation describes him as "an all-rounder capable of adapting to any role and also being decisive in front of goal, scoring 12 goals in the triumphant season."

It's a great achievement for Conte, but more was expected. Napoli did well, but I don't know if it's right to give him the accolades alone; the other coaches deserve recognition too. Let's hope he keeps winning.
