Afragola – A nightmarish morning in the parking lot of the "Le Porte di Napoli" shopping center, transformed into the scene of a film noir-like ambush. It was just after 7:00 a.m. when a 55-year-old man, calmly driving his Fiat Panda, was surprised by three individuals in a dark-colored car.

Armed with a gun and a knife, the criminals wasted no time: "Give us the car or you're dead," they curtly demanded. But the victim, an ordinary man with the courage of someone who never gives up, refused resolutely. A furious, hand-to-hand fight ensued.

One of the bandits, blinded by rage, slammed the butt of his gun into the 55-year-old's head. Not content, an accomplice plunged his knife into the victim's side. The three didn't stop: they stole the Panda and vanished into thin air.

The alarm was raised immediately. The police rushed to the scene. police from the Casoria Radiomobile section and those from the local station. Simultaneously, 118 personnel stabilized the victim, urgently transferring him to the Villa dei Fiori clinic in Acerra. There, the 55-year-old remains under observation, with a guarded prognosis but his life is out of danger.

The police are combing every trail, from the model of the fugitives' car to the biological traces scattered across the pavement. One detail, however, emerges from the inspection: the parking lot has no video surveillance system. No footage, no witnesses.
