At the Bracco Theater on Via Tarsia, from Thursday, November 13th to Sunday, November 16th, "Super," the new comedy by Alessandra Merico, directed by Andrea Palotto and included in the theater season under the artistic direction of Caterina De Santis, will debut. An exceptional cast, including Enzo Casertano, Beatrice Fazi, Giuseppe Cantore, Alessandra Merico, and Gianni Ferreri, will star in a modern fable blending irony, nostalgia, and disenchantment.
“Super” tells the story of the downfall of some forgotten superheroes: Strongman and BigMind, once companions of Superman and the other champions of good, now live isolated in an old, decaying lair, sold out of economic necessity to Antonella, daughter of the famous “Thing” of the Fantastic Four.

When they decide to attempt an unlikely rebirth, calling back into service old colleagues like Fastman, they find themselves dealing with the passing of time and with a new generation represented by Superchic, a social, ironic and hyper-connected heroine, a symbol of change and the contrast between past and present.
Palotto directs a comedy that, beneath its lightheartedness, hides a profound reflection: what remains of a superhero when his glory and mission vanish? The answer lies on stage, amid laughter, melancholy, and a gentle irony that transforms the fall into an act of humanity. "Super" is not just a show, but an invitation to rediscover the strength of fragility.

The article sounds interesting, and the comedy's plot is particularly intriguing. I wonder how the actors interpret their roles, especially the contrast between the forgotten superheroes and the new generation of heroes. I hope the audience enjoys it.
