He escaped house arrest twice from his home in Frattamaggiore, in the province of Naples, and for this reason the measure was revoked for former PDL senator Vincenzo Nespoli and he was ordered to remain in prison.
Nespoli was arrested this morning by officers from the Afragola police station, where he was also mayor. Nespoli has been sentenced to five years and six months for bankruptcy, resulting from a 16-year legal process.
According to the trials, Nespoli was the hidden administrator of a security company and in that role he caused its bankruptcy, influencing management decisions to favor political electoral interests.

Nespoli's name has been around for a while, but I never expected two people escaping prison to lead to such a dire situation. It's strange how people in power can make bad choices.
