Naples – Italian police have executed a European arrest warrant issued by Romanian authorities in the Naples area against two brothers, aged 35 and 33, accused of attempted murder. The incident dates back to August 18, 2022, when the two allegedly attacked a man near a gas station in Podul Viilor, Romania, striking him with a blunt instrument in the head and back. The victim sustained injuries that are expected to heal in 60 days.
Initially, the brothers had been located in the municipality of Desenzano del Garda (BS), and were then traced to their father's house in Casola, thanks to a joint investigation by the Flying Squad of Naples and Brescia, the Central Operations Service, the Service for International Police Cooperation and with the assistance of the Security Expert for the Romania in Italy.

The article talks about two brothers arrested by the police for a serious crime, but it's interesting to see how authorities from different countries are cooperating. I hope justice is served in this case and the victim recovers.
