But the real discovery, the one that skyrocketed the raid's toll, came shortly thereafter. Extending their search, the officers focused on a building on Via Madonnelle. In a hidden, unsuspecting common area within the condominium complex, the officers discovered a veritable drug storage facility.
The final haul was staggering: 15 blocks of hashish weighing approximately 1,6 kilograms. Approximately 860 grams of marijuana. Over 300 grams of pure cocaine. In addition to the narcotics, which exceeded the total threshold of 3 kilograms, precision scales and abundant packaging material were also seized, confirming that the area was used as a crucial supply hub for local drug dealers.
The State Police's work continues, with the stated goal of clearing drug dealing hotbeds and severing the umbilical cord between crime and the local community.
