Boscotrecase - Yet another case of domestic violence has escalated into a veritable escalation of brutality. In Boscotrecase, Carabinieri from the Boscoreale station arrested a 51-year-old man, subject to a house arrest warrant issued by the investigating judge of the Torre Annunziata Court, at the request of the Prosecutor's Office.
The man is seriously suspected of repeatedly beating his wife and his in-laws, including using objects such as a steel pipe and a brick. The charges against him are serious: aggravated assault, domestic violence, theft, and arbitrary exercise of one's rights.
The investigation began last July, following yet another attack against his wife's family, from whom he was separated. What appeared to be a domestic dispute turned out, according to investigators, to be a campaign of violence and intimidation.
As the months passed, the 51-year-old's behavior reportedly became increasingly dangerous and obsessive. After stalking his father-in-law, he allegedly set his car on fire, attempting to further harm his wife's family.

Surveillance camera footage, the victims' medical records, and the discovery of the steel pipe used in the attacks helped incriminate him. These elements allowed investigators to gather serious evidence of his guilt and obtain the precautionary measure.
The man was eventually placed under house arrest.
