Giovanni Di Lorenzo leaves the "Maradona" stadium with the regret of someone who knows he's done everything except the essential: scoring. The 0-0 draw with Eintracht Frankfurt weighs more heavily than expected on a Napoli side that deserved more, but once again suffers from a lack of precision in the final touch. “Overall we had a great race. — the captain said to Sky Sport microphones — We just lacked a goal. We needed to be more concrete and precise in the final pass. It was a hard-fought match, against a physical team that defended well. It's a shame we didn't take home the victory because we deserved it."
Napoli dominated at times, creating more play and chances, but were unable to break through the German barrier.

The draw against Eintracht leaves the Neapolitans in a difficult position in the group, but not yet doomed. They'll need to rediscover their lost cynicism, the kind that turns good performances into victories. Di Lorenzo, like a true captain, knows this well: it's not enough to play better, you have to strike.

I think the match was difficult for Napoli, even though they tried everything. But in the end they didn't score, and that's a problem, because goals are important in football. We have to hope they'll be luckier in the next match.
