Two Portuguese referees will take charge of Napoli and Inter's matches on Matchday 4 of the Champions League domestic season. UEFA has announced the referees for the matches scheduled for Tuesday, November 4th, and Wednesday, November 5th, which will feature all four remaining Italian teams.
Joao Pinheiro will be the match director for Naples-Frankfurt, scheduled for Tuesday at 18pm.

I feel the choice of Portuguese referees is a bit strange, but perhaps they have experience. Let's hope they don't make serious mistakes, although there have been some problems with referees from foreign countries in the past. It will be interesting.
