Castel Volturno – This morning, Carabinieri officers from the Mondragone Territorial Unit temporarily suspended the operation of a bar located in the Destra Volturno area, at the request of the Caserta Police Headquarters. The order, pursuant to Article 100 of the Consolidated Law on Public Safety (TULPS), was issued on October 31st and served directly on the business premises.
The decision was made following a series of complaints from residents, who in recent months had reported a situation of discomfort and concern related to the patronage of the venue.

The reports, which began in early 2025, led to several interventions by the Carabinieri, who documented a constant presence of individuals capable of generating tension and disruption in the area. Based on the information gathered, the Caserta Police Headquarters deemed it necessary to adopt the suspension measure, which was implemented today.
The action is part of the broader prevention and control efforts organized by the Caserta Provincial Carabinieri Command, aimed at ensuring greater safety and livability in the province's urban areas. Local residents have expressed satisfaction with the intervention and expressed hope for a rapid return to normalcy.
