NAPLES – Tight security and a swift intervention by the State Police in the nightlife area of Coroglio, where last night officers from the Pianura Police Station arrested a 23-year-old Neapolitan man, already known to law enforcement, for illegal possession of a clandestine weapon.
The operation was triggered after a tip reached the Operations Room: someone had noticed an armed man lurking near a club on Via Scarfoglio, in the heart of Bagnoli's nightlife.

It's important for the police to intervene in situations like this, but I wonder if it's enough to stop the violence in nightlife. A broader approach is needed, not just sporadic checks.
