Santa Maria a Vico – A swift operation by the Carabinieri led to the arrest of two young women, aged 21 and 25, originally from the Caserta and Naples areas. They were caught with doses of drugs and all the necessary equipment for dealing.
The incident occurred late yesterday afternoon, Monday 18 November 2025, during a routine patrol of the area.
The officers at the Santa Maria a Vico station, suspicious of the behavior of the two girls aboard a car, decided to carry out a search.

The two women were arrested in flagrante delicto and, after the usual formalities, were placed under house arrest by order of the judicial authorities. The investigation, coordinated by the Santa Maria Capua Vetere Public Prosecutor's Office, is ongoing to determine any possible links to other individuals involved in the drug dealing.
