The new National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Medical and Healthcare Management for the three-year period 2022-2024 was signed in Rome. This agreement involves 137 professionals, including 120 physicians and 17 non-physician healthcare managers. The agreement, signed at Aran, represents one of the most anticipated renewals in the public sector, thanks to its particularly significant economic impact.
The allocated resources amount to 1,2 billion euros, sufficient to guarantee an average wage increase of 7,27%.
