It was inaugurated on Tuesday November 11, 2025 the new tax office of Nocera Inferiore, managed by the Ge.Fi.LSpAGe.Fi.LSpA., the company entrusted with the collection service on behalf of the Municipality.

From legal proceedings to the recovery of municipal spaces
The new office is located in municipally owned spaces recovered after a long legal process The project began in 2017 and was concluded through a settlement between the Municipality and its creditors. In 2023, the De Maio administration decided to outsource the assessment and enforcement of debt collection, awarding the service to Ge.Fi.L. after a public tender. The opening of the new office represents not only the fulfillment of a contractual obligation, but also the desire to Ge.Fi.L., an operator recognized for its expertise in management and collection of local taxes, to establish its presence in the territory and establish a direct relationship with the community. The company subsequently refurbished and set up the offices, giving the city a modern and functional space, conceived as a place of service and listening for citizens.
The project, in fact, aims to guarantee citizens a dedicated and easy-to-access counter, as underlined by the CEO of Ge.Fi.L., Danilo Riccio: "The inauguration of this new office in Via Eugenio Siciliano is further proof of our commitment not only to efficiency, but also to being close to the communities. Strengthened by our many years of experience and skills acquired at national level in local taxation, we have invested significantly to create a space that is a 'outstretched hand to the citizens of Nocera Inferiore, the result of exemplary collaboration with the Administration. The office is open to the public on Monday Wednesday and Friday from 9.00 to 12.00, and the Tuesday and Thursday from the 16.00 17.30.
