Naples - We have received and publish from the law firm Nunziante, Tripani, Marigliano: "With this press release, the company Arkipiù, its Director and its employees
They want to deny, as categorically as possible, any and all possible involvement of Arkipiù in the events to which it has been associated, in various capacities, starting from the Report program, broadcast on November 16, dedicated to the investigation into the Vittoria Shipyard, up to the newspaper articles published in various local and national newspapers between November 23 and 24.
In particular, during the Report service, which included an interview with the former
administrator of Cantieri Vittoria, our company Arkipiù is mentioned in a completely
improper, suggesting an alleged involvement of the same in illegal activities and an alleged financing in favor of Mr. Roberto Cavazzana.
Subsequently, a connection was even made between what had been stated in
Report's report and the attack on Dr. Ranucci, with the emergence of an anonymous letter that would support the Camorra investigation.
These statements are totally false, defamatory, denigrating, unfounded and damaging to the company's image.
Arkipiù firmly reiterates that it has no connection with the activities described in the
service, nor of having ever been aware of irregular operations of any nature, nor, even more so, of having ever been in any way connected to facts and/or persons connected to crime.
The activities carried out over the years by Arkipiù have always been completely legitimate and legal, and
widely transparent and documented.
Arkipiù denounces having been the victim of an unjust defamation campaign and
disinformation, with its name illegitimately associated with illegal activities totally alien to the company, and reiterates the unacceptable correlation insinuated between it and alleged criminal environments.
We reiterate: the company has no connection to organized crime clans or groups, and anyone who claims or even insinuates otherwise is lying and acting in bad faith. Arkipiù has already filed a complaint following the Report article, requesting a denial and correction of the slanderous statements contained therein. Arkipiù reserves the right to take any further action to protect its image, reputation, and the rights of its employees, confident in the company's respect for the truth of the facts and its responsibility to provide information.

It's important for companies to defend themselves from untrue accusations, but I wonder why certain situations only come to light after certain reports. Transparency should be a priority for everyone.
