Massive seizure order for the alleged "cashier" of the Massaro clan. The Naples Review Court annulled the precautionary seizure order for over €60 against Eva Ester Turnacco, 30, originally from San Felice a Cancello.
The woman is the sister of the boss Aniello Turnacco and niece of Giovanni Turnacco, a historic boss nicknamed “'a manomozza”, considered the leading figure of the Massaro clan.
The panel, fully accepting the defense arguments of attorney Vittorio Fucci, ordered the restitution of the entire sum, deeming the source of the money legitimate. The money had, in fact, been claimed as legitimate by Turnacco's husband, Biagio Biondillo, a member of the "Sanzione" family, assisted by the same lawyer.
According to the prosecution's case, the Naples District Anti-Mafia Prosecutor's Office alleges that Eva Ester Turnacco was the custodian of the cash register for a drug trafficking criminal organization led by—according to investigators—both bosses Aniello Turnacco and Rino Gagliardi, known as “'o pizzaiuol,” both from San Felice a Cancello.

Naples, the clan in the Posillipo restaurants: beatings, stakes, and deals. This is how the Licciardis decided everything.
The seizure was initially ordered as an evidentiary seizure, later transformed into a precautionary seizure as part of a major operation coordinated by the Naples Anti-Mafia Directorate. The investigation, conducted by the Carabinieri Operations Unit responsible for the area, took place between May 2022 and January 2023, using wiretaps, shadowing, and other technical activities.
According to investigators, the investigation revealed the existence of a structured criminal group dedicated to drug trafficking and dealing, with its operational base in San Felice a Cancello. Investigators estimated the turnover at hundreds of thousands of euros, successfully reconstructing the entire drug trafficking chain: from supplies in the northern area of Naples to retail distribution in local drug dealing centers.
A key role in this dynamic was apparently played by the Talanico district of San Felice a Cancello, where the Carabinieri discovered an apartment effectively transformed into a small drug "refinery." In the same area, several garages and rooms were found, used as warehouses for various types of narcotics, destined not only for the local market but also for the international market.
According to the charges, the drugs were also sold in the urban centers of Naples, Benevento, and Avellino, with particular attention to the municipalities of the Caudina Valley, considered strategic for drug trafficking in the Sannio and Irpinia regions. The release of the €60 in favor of Turnacco and Biondillo now represents one of the first significant steps in what promises to be a complex legal battle over the responsibilities and assets related, or not, to the alleged drug trafficking network.
