On Saturday, November 15, 2025, the Federico II University of Naples – in the evocative Aula Magna of the San Giovanni a Teduccio Campus – will host the third edition of Naples Calls for Ideas, the initiative conceived and promoted by 081 Stand for Naples to support and enhance youth entrepreneurship and innovation in the Neapolitan area.
The event, now eagerly awaited by startups, students, investors, and creative and technology professionals, represents a laboratory of ideas where young talents can exchange ideas, discuss their projects, and imagine the future of the Neapolitan economy together.
A program dedicated to the future
The day will open with the pitches of the finalist startups, who will present their projects to a jury of experts from the academic, business, and institutional worlds.
This will be followed by a roundtable discussion entitled "Building the Future of Neapolitan Innovation," moderated by Professor Antonio Pescapè, a lecturer at Federico II University and a leading voice in the debate on Campania's digital ecosystem.
Finally, the winning startup was awarded a prize, a symbolic yet concrete moment of encouragement for those who invest in creativity and change.
Guests and testimonials
The 2025 edition will feature Giada Filippetti Della Rocca, Vincenzo Falcone, Nicola Nazareno Pirozzi, Giada Cancellario, and Alice Cancellario, personalities whose professional careers embody the energy and innovative capacity of Naples.
Their testimonies will offer an authentic glimpse into how passion and talent can transform into business, contributing to the city's cultural and economic growth.

The Naples Calls for Ideas event seems very interesting, but I'm not sure if participation is open to everyone or just startups. Testimonials are also important for inspiring young people to embark on new and creative paths.
