Naples – The Teatro CortéSe never ceases to amaze: in its seventh season, which has already attracted attention for its ability to blend laughter and profound reflection, comes a new twist. On Saturday, November 29th, at 9:00 PM and Sunday, November 30th, at 6:00 PM, "Racconti Mannari" (Werewolf Tales) will be performed, a show written and directed by Fabio Catanese, Ciro Esposito, and Rosario Minervini, starring Esposito and Minervini, along with Martina Sionne and Luigi Credendino.
Three one-act plays, three seemingly distant stories that yet beat to the same rhythm: that of change that takes us from behind and forces us to reckon with ourselves.
A Prince Charming who suddenly no longer believes in fairy tales. A friend who disappears into thin air because he's swept away by a new, all-consuming love.

A marriage is arranged amidst neuroses, jealousies, and surreal twists. It seems like a light comedy, but it's a sweet trap: each sketch verges on tragedy, only to derail it with a smile. The audience laughs, then looks around and wonders: "But this story... isn't it a bit like mine?" Esposito and Minervini, a seasoned Neapolitan comedy duo who can be ferocious without ever raising their voices, lead the viewer on a journey where the body and mind transform before our eyes. There's no moralizing, just mirrors.
And those mirrors reflect precisely our small, great daily metamorphoses: the ones we pretend not to see while life reshapes us. "Racconti Werewolf" isn't a show to simply watch and laugh. It's one of those that, upon leaving the theater, leaves you with a laugh in your throat and a question in your head.
And perhaps that's exactly why seats are already running out. Teatro CortéSe – Via Comunale Guantai ad Orsolone, Naples

I read the article and it seems interesting but also a little confusing. I'm not sure if I'll go see the show, maybe, but it depends on the weather. The stories sound good, but I'm not sure if I'll like it.
