Naples - More than a show of affection for Marco Pio Salomone, killed at just 19 years old on the night between Friday and Saturday in the Arenaccia neighborhood, it is rather a show of strength from his friends and his group.

Last night, they staged a memorial service, complete with banners featuring photos later posted on social media. Everyone wore white T-shirts with the young victim's face. "Our little brother, you will forever remain in our hearts and in our memories. You will never be forgotten. You will live forever in our hearts. We love you." This was followed by the phrase that accompanies ambush victims: "You can't turn it off if you shoot it." And again, "Pius Solomon He lives."

The signal to the rivals from Marco Pio Salomone's friends

Naturally, it was an unauthorized demonstration in the area where the young victim's family lives. A signal to those who killed Marco Pio Salomone and above all to those who armed the hand of the 15-year-old baby killer I confess.

The investigations of the mobile team The investigation, coordinated by the Naples Anti-Mafia Directorate (DDA), continues, primarily because the murder weapon has not yet been recovered and because the motive for the murder remains unclear. Many things in the boy's story don't add up. The search is underway for his accomplices, who have apparently already been identified.

Even the statements given to investigators by three friends, all with criminal records like him, who were in the car at the time of the shooting are not entirely convincing.

But they're still waiting for evidence, while the Camorra Tribunal has already identified it for days, given the numerous threatening messages that have appeared on some of the young killer's relatives' social media profiles. These messages, of course, were also viewed by investigators.

Some have tried to frame the murder as a trivial matter, a fight that broke out days earlier over a glance too often. But all the key figures, as the investigation is revealing, revolve around drug dealing in the Piazza Carlo III area.

Although from a humble family with no ties to organized crime, and despite his fifteen years, the self-confessed murderer knew the streets, the crowds, and the squares well. He didn't go to school and had already run away from a group home once.

It's strange how things can escalate so quickly, especially among young people. We hope there's justice and clarity on what happened. The investigations must yield concrete results.

This situation is very complicated and sad. It seems there are many factors at play in the murder of Marco Pio Salomone. It's important to continue investigating to truly understand what happened that night.
