Naples – An escalation of violations and alarms, culminating in the tampering with an electronic bracelet. A 46-year-old Neapolitan man was arrested Thursday morning by officers from the Scampia Police Station on a serious charge of violating the prohibition on approaching places frequented by the victim, as well as a charge of aggravated damage.
The story escalated in just 48 hours. It all began on Tuesday, when the electronic monitoring device attached to the man sent multiple alarm signals to the Police Headquarters Operations Room. The 46-year-old had breached the minimum required distance, coming dangerously close to the victim's home, triggering the alert.
The situation further deteriorated on Wednesday.

The manhunt concluded Thursday morning. Police located the 46-year-old on Via Labriola and arrested him "delayed in flagrante delicto," as required by current legislation for such crimes, putting an end to his escape and potential danger.

Reading this article, it seems to me that the situation in Naples is becoming increasingly worrying. It's strange how someone can violate the ban and tamper with an electronic bracelet without being immediately stopped by the competent authorities. Greater vigilance is needed.
